BIM Lead

• Developing the Design BIM strategy for the project in accordance with ISO19650, project lifecycle

• Acting as the key point of contact for Design regarding Design BIM systems, processes and implementation;

• Leading the Design system set-up for the project (ProjectWise / ACC);

• Leading the development of the Design BEP, SOPs and Design BIM Uses;

• Enforcing the SOPs, with support from the Vertical and Linear BIM Leads;

• Collaborating with Construction BIM Team to develop the BIM Use requirements;

• Developing, maintaining, distributing and enforcing the Design BIM Execution Plan;

• Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of BIM strategies with project goals and requirements;

• Provide training and mentorship to team members on BIM standards, tools, and best practices;

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance BIM efficiency and effectiveness;

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project-specific requirements, performing regular quality checks and audits.

Requirements

Who are you?

• • Degree in Engineering or Architecture considered an asset.
  • ISO19650 or PAS1192:2 accreditation considered an asset.
  • 8-10 years experience in Digital Delivery / BIM required.
