Final Specifications
The Final Specification, created by the design team, outlines the contractual obligations. It guides the subcontractors hired by the contractor regarding the products to be utilized, ensuring adherence to quality, tolerances, and other specified standards.
Procurement Strategy
TThe Procurement Strategy task offered by Frigidmodels is designed to be procurement-neutral for two main reasons. Firstly, it accommodates a variety of procurement routes for client workflows. Secondly, each Procurement Strategy interacts distinctively with the design process during RIBA Stages 2 to 4.
